Thank you very much for a very nice stay for a night in Instow. The units were immaculately clean and airy with a view. The hotel's location is beautiful and incredible, so close to the B & B restaurant, Instow beach, and Instow and the sea.

The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and super clean. We loved the location, just an easy walk to the beach and local pubs. The breakfast was first rate, with a focus on local produce. A lovely touch was the homemade cake waiting for us in the room after hiking.

Fabulous meals, overall everything was absolutely fine.

The beds were big, I slept well.

The stay was wonderful, especially with the room overlooking the garden and countryside views. A highlight was definitely the delicious breakfast featuring homemade goodies—truly exceptional! We enjoyed being just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach and quaint pubs for dinner. The attention to detail was evident, from the homemade cake in our room to the sumptuous bedding, making us feel right at home.

There were some inconveniences but nothing too major-one guest mentioned the preordered breakfast system feeling limiting, even if the food itself was great. A few folks found the coffee bags in the rooms lacking in flavor compared to the stellar breakfast brew, and some noted that a bit more dessert variety in the evening meals would have been nice. The TV could have used some size upgrades, as a few guests want to enjoy their entertainment without squinting, and there were reports of minor check-in hassles that left room for improvement.

With spacious rooms with sumptuous Egyptian cotton linen and 3000 pocket sprung mattresses, comfort is guaranteed. The breakfast was a highlight, offering an extensive menu that includes fresh fruit, homemade muesli, and perfectly cooked eggs, not to mention the good homemade cake waiting in our room every afternoon. We loved the peaceful area and how it was just a short walk from the fine beach.

It was just an excellent fit for a short weekend trip with good value for cost. Enjoyed the gorgeous terrace, perfect for sipping coffee while watching the horse wander around. Don't miss the pancakes for breakfast!

A cozy getaway with yummy treats!

The room was super spacious with the biggest bed I've ever seen! Loved the homemade cake waiting for us every afternoon. Caroline and Colin were so friendly, and their pets. Only thing, the bathroom could use some extra towels on busy mornings.

We had a wonderful stay with lovely homemade cake and perfect poached eggs awaiting us every morning, but I wish the bathroom had more towels. Definitely returning!
